Ducky Software reserves the right to reverse or halt service(s) and or contact with any given person who is found to be harassing an employee, contractor, freelancer or member of staff (in accordance with the above expectations as defined by the Oxford English Dictionary and common sense) if this occurs all works will be given to the client (in there current state finished or unfinished) and the client is expected to pay the full amount (as agreed upon in the contract or other applicable legal document(s)) if the client does not want to do this (option mentioned above) work will be withheld and payment is not needed. Please treat everyone working for and or with Ducky Software with respect and dignity.
