The Second Voice Project ("Second Voice") is developed by Ducky Software Group, SP and published by Apple Inc. & Apple Store Connect in accordance with "The Apple Developer Terms of Service." It has been approved by Apple Inc. & App Store Connect for TestFlight Beta Distribution & Apple App Store Distribution and adheres to all necessary regulatory agreements, contracts, and local laws that come as a result of the agreement.

Additionally, you acknowledge that some data including: your login (created on my.ducky.software) and status information regarding the status of the account and access level ex. if the user is currently paying/did pay for premium service may/will be sent to the developer ("Ducky Software Group, SP") during your use of the app. Subject to the terms of our cloud distribution partner(s) for my.ducky.software and the conditions of payment processing of Stripe Inc you also hereby are aware that Ducky Software Group, SP may have access to payment information and payment history i.e. the last four characters of the credit card on file (as provided by Stripe Inc) for our purposes of ensuring payment and tracking time between each payment(s) for the purpose of providing premium service to you.
