Introduction:
The Second Voice Project ("Second Voice") is developed by Ducky Software Group, SP and distributed via Google Play Console in accordance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and the Google Play Terms of Service. It has been approved by Google LLC for release on the Google Play Store and/or internal/beta testing tracks. All distribution is subject to applicable regulatory requirements, contracts, and local laws.
Software License Agreement and Data Usage:
By installing or launching this application, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service as published at https://play.google.com/about/play-terms.
You also acknowledge that certain information—including your login (created on my.ducky.software) and account status (e.g., whether you are subscribed to premium services)—may be transmitted to the developer (Ducky Software Group, SP) to provide, maintain, and improve the service.
Additionally, payment information is processed securely by Stripe Inc.. For premium services, Ducky Software Group, SP may have access to limited payment data such as the last four digits of your card number and payment history, solely for verification and service delivery purposes.
If you are a beta tester, you further agree to the Google Play Testing Policy and the conditions outlined in the Google Play Console Beta Testing documentation https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7003180.
All text-to-speech model processes are executed on-device at this time, ensuring that your private speech input remains local to your device.
Law Enforcement Compliance:
The Second Voice Project, Google LLC, and John Perry comply with all legitimate data requests from law enforcement agencies. Unless legally prohibited, you will be notified if such a request involves your information.
Additional Contracts and Data Removal:
By using Second Voice on Android, you may also enter into additional agreements with Google LLC, Stripe Inc., and our cloud hosting/distribution partners. More information is available at https://policies.google.com/ or by contacting compliance@ducky.software.
You reserve the right to request data removal. To do so, please submit a Formal Information Data Removal Request Letter to compliance@ducky.software. Your request will be processed within two weeks, and you will be notified once removal is complete.

By using Second Voice, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or guardian must review and consent to these terms on your behalf before you may use the app.
Updates to Terms:
You agree that these terms may be updated at any time, with or without prior notice. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of major changes, continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
