Service on myDuck has been resumed. For more information, visit: my.ducky.software. All systems are functioning as expected, and we will continue to monitor systems as we come back online. We strongly advise keeping an eye out on the articles page of our website for updates as it relates to myDuck. During this time, we were able to create backups for critical customer data, ensuring your accounts and associated information were fully recoverable if something went wrong. We will continue with work throughout the rest of the week at scheduled times, which will be clearly communicated to you. As we adjust our configuration with backend providers, you may slowly see older elements of the system being phased out or re-worked in some way. This is normal and expected behaviour. If you have any questions about changes during this time, or how we will manage outages, or feel you were not given enough notice of an outage, feel free to reach out to us at: outages@ducky.software
