Phone Support Discontinuation Notice

As of February 12, 2026, phone support services for Ducky Software Inc. will no longer be available. Support will continue exclusively through our digital support channels.

What you can expect

Effective February 12, 2026, all phone numbers associated with Ducky Software Inc., including related routing numbers and dial codes, will be taken offline. For most consumers and enterprise users, this change primarily affects our toll-free line +1 (888) 37-MYDUCKY, which will permanently cease operations.

Existing customer records, including phone call transcripts, call-in identifiers, internal tags, voicemail messages, and SMS records, will be retained until February 11, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). After this time, all records accessible to Ducky Software Inc. will be permanently deleted, and our access to associated datasets will be removed.

Our telecommunications provider may retain certain records in accordance with their terms of service and applicable Canadian privacy and legal compliance requirements.
